By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order.

We sell digital gift card codes for third-party brands. Every code is redeemable on the issuer's own platform, not on TOP GIFT CARD, and redemption is governed by that issuer's terms.

We are not a party to the relationship between you and the brand whose code you buy. We act as a reseller and delivery intermediary.

Prices, availability and the denominations offered for each card are set by us and can change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

You can buy as a guest. An account is optional and only useful if you want every order in one place.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, payment abuse, resale in breach of an issuer's terms, or any attempt to manipulate our inventory or pricing.

An order is a request to buy. A contract forms when we release the code to you, which happens after payment is confirmed and stock is reserved.

We may refuse or cancel an order before that point if the card is out of stock, if the price was displayed in error, if we cannot deliver to your region, or if we suspect fraud. In every such case we refund you in full.

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack or overload our infrastructure, or to circumvent any limit we have set.

You may not resell codes in breach of an issuer's terms, scrape the catalogue for resale, or attempt to redeem a code in a region it was not issued for and then claim a refund for the resulting failure.

The website design, code and copy are owned by us. Brand names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we resell.

You may not reproduce our design or content commercially without written permission.

We provide the service as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may change these terms at any time; the updated version is published on this page.
